We have invested heavily to provide a one-stop shop for fully machined forged components in the full range of materials for manufacturers in all industries. 
  
Key to providing a fast and efficient service to a diverse customer base is one of the most advanced tool and die making facilities in Europe. Integrated CAD-CAM systems linked to state-of-the-art CNC Milling machines are housed in the on-site tool room where highly accurate and complicated impressions can be produced competitively at great speed. Finite-element forging simulation software allows us to test the die design and eliminate potential forging flaws before cutting metal on the dies. The addition of a fully equipped, purpose-built machine shop means that we can offer our customers a complete and flexible service for finished machined parts.
