UK forging company W.H.Tildesley forges Clutch End Plates.These forged parts go into transmissions used in Marine applications. The components are forged in batches of between 1000 to 10,000 at a time for one of our regular customers. The forgings shown here in the photo are in the as forged condition.

The forgings are forged from billets in 080M40 (EN8) on one of our power hammers, before being normalised and shot blasted.
