W.H.Tildesley Ltd has been successfully audited for AS9100 revision D and ISO 9001:2015. The audit was passed with no non-conformances.

AS9100, is a stringent quality standard which is recognised throughout the worldwide Aerospace industry. W.H.Tildesley was accredited to the rev C version back in 2014. In May 2017, Tildesley were the first UK company to be successfully audited through Lloyds for the transition to rev D.

Sales & Marketing Manager Phil Hobley: “We were assessed against the stringent requirements of aerospace quality standard SAE AS9100 D which incorporates the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The assessment was carried out through Lloyds (LRQA) and we passed first time without a single non-conformance being raised. Now, we are just awaiting issue of the re-certification.”

WH Tildesley has been producing drop forgings and machined parts at its site in Willenhall since 1874 and is an approved supplier to several of the world’s major Aerospace companies. The accreditation covers the production of both forged and machined components.
